Toolbar

Hancom Office Cell provides dynamic Standard toolbar and static Formatting toolbar.

The Standard toolbar displays the Menu tab by default, and Object tab and Condition tab may be displayed dynamically depending on the situation.

Steps

To fold or unfold toolbars

  1. Click Home menu in menu area.
  2. While the Home tab is selected, click Fold/Unfold Toolbar. The Home tab will fold and only the Menu tab and the Formatting toolbar will be displayed.
  3. Click Fold/Unfold second time. The Formatting toolbar will unfold and only the Menu tab will remain.
  4. Click Fold/Unfold Toolbar while all toolbars are folded to unfold the Home tab's toolbox and formatting toolbar again.

Toolbar Items

In the Standard toolbar area, select each menu to unfold toolbox as a tab.

The Standard toolbar displays the Menu tab by default, and Object tab and Condition tab may be displayed dynamically depending on the situation.

Formatting toolbar is the collection of features used to edit a document. This toolbar is always constant, unlike the Standard toolbar.

You can gradually hide or unhide toolbars on the screen by clicking Fold/Unfold.

  Name Description
Standard Toolbar Click each menu to unfold corresponding menu tab.
Formatting Toolbar Functions that are frequently used for editing are grouped here.
Fold/Unfold Toolbar You can gradually fold or unfold the default and Formatting toolbars.
Move to Side If you click this button, you move to different groups and hidden icons are displayed on the screen.
Expand If you click the button, the hidden menu is displayed on the Formatting toolbar.

Custom Toolbar

On the Toolbar tab in the Custom dialog box, you can create a new Custom toolbar by selecting the icons of your choice.

Balloon Tips

If you are not sure about the function of a toolbar icon, hold the pointer over the icon to display the name, shortcut, and description of the icon in a balloon tip.

In Options > Balloon Tips Settings on the Toolbar of the Customize dialog box, you can activate or deactivate balloon tips for the icons of each toolbar, and specify whether balloon tips for functions should include details or not.
