Options: Fonts
You can set the font environment in the Fonts tab of the Options dialog box. In the Font list of the Formatting toolbar, you can preview fonts or move recently used fonts to the top.

View Font
- Preview Font in Formatting Toolbox
If you select this option and click the Font list, font names will be displayed in their fonts. You can then easily preview and select a font without applying it to the body text.
- Show Recent Fonts
If you select this option and click the Font list icon on the Formatting toolbar, recently used fonts will be displayed at the top of the list and you can select them easily.
You can set the number of recently used fonts to display at the top of the font list from 1 through 10.
Font List
- Display in Single List
Display only all fonts on the font list.
- Display in Tabbed List
The font list is divided into tabs that contain All Fonts, Fonts, Title Font, Body Font, and Adorn Font lists.
- Font List Setup Button
Display the Font List Setup dialog box to gather frequently used fonts in a font list that can be named.
- Default Button
Reset the font list.
