Preview Tab

The Preview tab provides frequently used functions as icons in the print preview state, such as panning, printing, orientation, setting, zooming, and closing.

Preview Tab

Move page

Previous Page Move to the previous page. If the document is on its first page, this icon will be disabled.
Next Page Move to the next page. If the document is on its last page, this icon will be disabled.

Print

Print Show the Print dialog box to specify various options related to printing.
Print Target Select the print target from slides, handouts, notes pages, and the outline.

Orientation

Page Setup Show the Page Setup dialog box to set the slide size and page orientation of the paper.
Portrait Set the orientation of handouts, notes pages, and outlines to portrait.
Landscape Set the orientation of handouts, notes pages, and outlines to landscape.

Settings

Watermark Show the Watermark tab of the Print dialog box to apply picture or text watermark.
Header/Footer Show the Header/Footer dialog box to add date/time, header, slide number, and footer.
Note Line Add a note line for writing notes next to each slide area when printing. This icon is enabled only when you selected “Handout” in Print Target.
Color Print preview screen and printout in color.
Grayscale Print preview screen and printout in grayscale.
Black and White Print preview screen and printout in black and white.
Scale to Fit Paper Scale the content to fit the specified paper.
Slide Borders Draw borders to fit the slide size.
Print Hidden Slides Also print slides with Hide Slide applied.
Print Comments Print what you typed as comments on a separate page.
Print Ink Print with ink comments entered with the pen during the slide show.
Handout Print Order When printing multiple slides on a handout page, arrange them horizontally or vertically. This icon is enabled only when you selected “Handout (Four Slides/Page)”, “Handout (Six Slides/Page)”, or “Handout (Nine Slide/Pager)” in Print Target.

Zoom

Zoom In/Out Specify the scale of the preview screen.
  • 400% ~ 25%: Select a magnification from the list to enlarge or reduce the screen by that magnification. When the mouse pointer is a magnifying glass shape, the document is zoomed in at the specified magnification by clicking the document, and it is reduced by at least 10%.
  • Fit to Window: Display the screen in window size.
Zoom Out Click the icon to zoom out the screen by 25%.
Zoom In Click the icon to zoom in the screen by 25%.

Close

Close Close the preview screen.
