Print <CTRL+P>

Print the edited presentation.

Preview the printing status of the presentation document and print according to the settings. You can print several copies of whole document or part of it.


To print file

  1. Click File > Print.
    Or, on the Formatting toolbar, click the Print icon ().
  2. In the Print dialog box, select Print Range > All in the Print tab.
  3. Type “2” in Copies > Copies and click Print.
  4. A dialog box briefly appears indicating that printing is in progress, and then printing will begin.
  5. Two copies of the selected presentation document are printed.

Note that you can not specify the number of copies to print if you selected a file format other than physical media (e.g. Microsoft XPS Document Writer or PDF) in Select Printer of the Print dialog box.


Select printer

Make sure that the printer to use is set correctly in Select Printer on the Print tab of the Print dialog box.

One or more printers must be installed in order to print documents from Show.


If you set the number of copies to 3 when printing multiple copies, print in the order of 1-2-3, 1-2-3, 1-2-3. You may not necessarily reorganize the printed pages in such a simple way.

Turn off this to print in the order of 1-1-1, 2-2-2, 3-3-3. With a laser printer that supports this feature, you can print multiple documents faster.

Adding note line in handouts

Select Handout in Print Target on the Print tab of the Print dialog box to print the presentation document as handout format. If you select Note Line in Handout, a note line will be printed below or on the side of the slide, making it easy to take notes on the presentation.

Printing hidden slides

If you select Print Hidden Slides, all slides with Hide Slide applied is also printed.

Printing ink annotations

If you select Print Comments, print what you typed as Comments on a separate page.
