Set whether to print in color, grayscale, or black and white when printing documents. Selecting grayscale saves printer ink or toner when printing documents for testing or documents that do not require color. It also saves time with quick printing.
You can also specify whether to print hidden slides, or adjust the print size to fit the paper.
Print what you typed as comments on a separate page.
Print with ink comments entered with the pen during the slide show.
Apply borders when printing slides.
Scale the content to fit the specified paper.
Print hidden slides as well. If you do not select this, slides with hide slide applied will not be printed.
Print the color of the slide document visible on the screen.
Print slides edited in color in grayscale using black and white contrast.
Print slide documents using only black and white.
Select object effects to print. Select an item in the list to include or exclude and print it.
If Grayscale or Black and White is selected when Texture/Picture is applied to Background Properties of the slide to be printed, the background properties appear as white. We set this up to save the printing ink for the green document practice exercise while enhancing the readability of the slides.
