In the Print tab of the Print dialog box, you can set print range, copies, and method and then run Print or Print Preview.
In the list box of Select Printer, you can add and select a printer, or use the Save as PDF function.
Save the document as a PDF file instead of printing it from the printer. To use Save as PDF, you have to select a general-purpose PDF driver from the PDF Driver list in the Others tab of the Options dialog box.
Display the status of the current printer.
Save the print result in a disk as a *.prn file without printing it on paper. Refer Print to File for more information.
In the printer properties dialog box, you can view or reset the layout, paper/quality, target and information.
Select a print range of the document from All, Current Slide, From Here, To Here, Partial, or Section.

Use this to provide your presentation document to your audience as a handout. If you print the document as a handout, you can print the slide in the presentation document and the note space for simple handwriting.
After selecting Print target > Handout, you need to set the number of slides to be placed on one side and the order of the slides in Handout.
Print with notes pages.
Print the outline of the edited slide only.
If you set Header/Footer to Handout, the corresponding Header / Footer is also printed.
Specify the number of slides to be placed on one side when Handout is selected in Print target. If you select four or more slides on one side, you can select the order in which the slides are placed. Select Number of slides on one page to preview the result in preview box.
Specify the number of slides to be placed on one side when Number of slides on one page. Select whether to arrange the slides to be printed on the handout in the Horizontal or Vertical direction. Select Order to preview the result in preview box.
Print a note space for a simple writing when printing the handout. This is useful when you want to print a line like a note on the bottom or side of a slide and make notes about the presentation.
Print what you typed as comments on a separate page.
Print with ink comments entered with the pen during the slide show.
Apply borders when printing slides.
Scale the content to fit the specified paper.
Print hidden slides as well. If you do not select this, slides with hide slide applied will not be printed.
Select the hue to print for the slide document from “Color”, “Grayscale”, or “Black and White”.
Select object effects to print. Select an item in the list to include or exclude and print it.
Finish print settings and start printing.
You can check the printing condition on the Preview screen.
By creating a copy of the printer driver on the Select Printer list, you can use a virtual printer driver. Set printing for the virtual printer driver separately from the original printer driver for easy use.
If you set virtual printers with different sources of paper, you can select any paper source you need and print from one printer. You do not need to change the paper settings every time you print.
For example, assume that a printer has new A4 paper in Tray 1 and A4 scratch paper in Tray 2. The following is how to create a virtual printer for this printer.
If a printer has been externally added or deleted, the printer list will reset. Information about existing virtual printer drivers will disappear.
