Set whether to show headers, footers (date/time, page number, footer) in the handouts.
If you set a header or footer, the header or footer appears when you specify Print Target as the notes page on the Preview tab or clicking View > Notes Page.
You can also print a document with header and footer when you specified Print Target as the notes page.
Display date/time information on the handout.
If you set the date/time by specifying the display format, language, and calendar type, the date/time information will be updated based on the time when the document is opened.

The type of Display format differs depending on which Language and Calendar type are selected.
Select one of the supported languages from the list.
If you selected 'Korean, Japanese, Arabic' in Language, you can select the calendar type. Select 'Gregorian’ and ‘Korean Danki’ for Korean, ‘Gregorian’ and ‘Japanese Emperor Reign’ for Japanese, and ‘Gregorian’ and ‘Hijiri’ for Arabic.
Enter the date and time manually.
Set the header on the notes page and type content for header.
After setting header, click View > Notes Page to display header on every page of the notes page.
Display the page number on the notes page.
After setting page number, click View > Notes Page to display page numbers on every page of the notes page.
Set the footer on the notes page and type content for footer.
After setting footer, click View > Notes Page to display footer on every page of the notes page.
Previews what you set in Display Items.
Apply the specified content to all notes pages.
Close the dialog box without saving changes.
In the Print dialog box, select Notes Page in Print Target option and click Print to print the document in notes page format.
