Notes

Placeholder types by master

Slide master includes a title, body, and footer (date/time, footer, slide number) placeholders by default.

Handout master includes a header, footer (date/time, footer, page number) placeholders by default, and notes includes slide area, body, header, and footer (date/time, footer, page number).

You can delete or restore the default configuration placeholders in the master.

In addition to the title, body, and footer placeholders, layouts can include placeholders such as subtitle, content, table, picture, media, and clip art, so you can also create placeholders to create a new layout.
