With this feature, you can designate a document password so that no one can open the file without the password. The document file opens only when the document password is typed correctly.
Setting up a different password for opening and modifying a document, you can restrict permission for editing a document as you want.

When you specify a document password, the typed password is displayed as ***** on the screen. Only the person who types the password knows the password.
A password should be characters of 1~255.
You can mix English letters, numbers, and SPACEBAR on the keyboard to create the password.
The document password is set when you save the document by clicking File > Save. Be sure to save the document after setting the password.
The user-defined password of a document cannot be modified, removed or decoded.
